Automotive Technician / Mechanic – HGV – Workshop Based – Newcastle

About the role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a skilled HGV Automotive Technician/Mechanic to join its Flex‑E‑Rent workshop team in Newcastle. You will work primarily in a workshop environment, with occasional mobile duties, maintaining a diverse fleet of heavy vehicles.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain and repair a wide range of HGVs and specialist vehicles.
• Work on top brands such as Mercedes, Iveco and Ford.
• Ensure all vehicles meet safety and quality standards and are ready for MOT.
• Attend breakdowns as required, providing mobile support.
• Collaborate with a friendly, skilled team.

Required profile

• NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent.
• Proven experience working with HGVs.
• Full Class 2 UK manual driving licence.
• Proactive and detail‑oriented approach.
