AV Business Development Manager – High‑End Residential Integration

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, client‑facing AV Business Development Manager to drive new custom‑installation and smart‑home cinema projects for high‑end residential properties. You will work closely with architects, developers, interior designers, consultancies and M&E contractors to turn a shell house into an audiovisual and lighting showcase.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the high‑end residential sector.
• Develop and present bespoke AV and smart‑home solutions to architects, developers and interior designers.
• Collaborate with M&E contractors to ensure seamless integration of AV, lighting and control systems.
• Explain technical AV concepts clearly to end‑user clients.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects and achieve sales targets for integration projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in custom AV installation, interior fit‑out, or a major control‑system manufacturer.
• Strong client‑facing attitude with a hunter mindset for new business.
• Technical understanding of audiovisual systems and ability to communicate them effectively.
• Must be based in the UK and have the right to work without sponsorship.
