AV & Digital Signage Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development professional to expand our global AV and Digital Signage portfolio from a central London base. You will generate new business, build relationships with key stakeholders, and deliver innovative audio‑visual solutions that meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new clients across target channels through outreach and lead generation activities.
• Consult with marketing, IT, procurement and project‑management teams to design tailored AV and digital signage solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations, and lead negotiations to close deals.
• Nurture post‑sale relationships, uncover further opportunities and ensure project success.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records in the CRM system and manage the sales pipeline.
• Spend a portion of time in the field meeting prospects and clients, while also working from the office on strategic activities.

Required profile

• Tenacious business developer with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, able to engage stakeholders from board level to operational teams.
• Confident, outgoing and commercially aware with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Highly organised, resourceful and capable of handling multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Creative problem‑solver with strong time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for pipeline and data management.
