AV Project Manager – Bespoke Residential Integration

About the role

We are seeking an experienced AV Project Manager to lead high‑end residential integration projects for a fast‑growing boutique audio‑visual company. You will work directly with high‑net‑worth clients across London and the Home Counties, delivering bespoke solutions from concept to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of residential AV projects valued between £50k and £1M.
• Coordinate design, procurement, installation and commissioning of Crestron, Control4 and Lutron systems.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics to ensure accurate implementation.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets and quality standards.
• Communicate progress and expectations with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee multiple concurrent bespoke projects while meeting deadlines.

Required profile

• CEDIA certification is essential.
• Proven experience in high‑end AV custom‑install projects.
• Strong knowledge of Crestron, Control4 and Lutron control platforms.
• Ability to read and work from detailed wiring schematics.
• Legally residing and authorized to work in the UK.
