AV Sales and Procurement Administrator

About the role

Autograph Sound provides professional audio‑visual solutions for theatre, live events, broadcast and corporate markets. The AV Sales and Procurement Administrator supports the full order cycle, from processing customer sales and hire orders to procuring the equipment, consumables and services required to fulfil them.

Key responsibilities

• Process sales and hire orders accurately, prepare quotations, order confirmations and invoices, and act as the main point of contact for customers regarding order status and equipment availability.
• Raise, issue and track purchase orders, source equipment and services, compare quotations, monitor stock levels and manage supplier queries to ensure timely delivery.
• Perform three‑way matching of purchase orders, delivery notes and invoices, support finance with order‑related queries, and maintain up‑to‑date product, pricing and supplier data in the ERP system.

Required profile

• Demonstrable experience in order processing, purchasing or procurement administration.
• Experience in the audio, AV, broadcast, live‑events or equipment‑hire sectors (desirable).
• Relevant procurement or business administration qualification such as CIPS (desirable).

Required skills

• Proficient use of ERP or order‑management systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Familiarity with hire‑management software such as inspHire.
