AV Technician

About the role

Join a dynamic team delivering world‑class audio‑visual support for top venues and hotels across the UK. As an AV Technician you will help plan, set up and break down events ranging from small meetings to large productions, ensuring flawless execution.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, test, clean, maintain and repair AV equipment before each event.
• Set up and dismantle audio‑visual systems according to technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment or software issues quickly on site.
• Follow health and safety procedures, wear appropriate PPE and report any concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate equipment logistics.
• Provide excellent customer service, checking equipment performance and responding to client needs throughout events.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hospitality, service or live‑event environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with audio‑visual equipment and basic troubleshooting.
• Ability to work on a variety of projects, from small meetings to large productions.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
