AV Workshop Technician – Wokingham

About the role
We are looking for a hands‑on AV Workshop Technician to join our busy team in Wokingham. You will work in a modern workshop preparing professional audio‑visual equipment for events across the UK.
Key responsibilities
- Test and quality‑check large‑format display screens (55" and above) and other AV gear.
- Inspect equipment for damage, grade condition and clean items for dispatch.
- Update records, complete quality checks and perform basic fault diagnosis.
- Carry out firmware updates where required.
- Occasionally support equipment installations at customer sites and events.
Required profile
- Good technical aptitude and confidence using computers.
- Enjoys practical, hands‑on work and can safely handle large screens.
- Physically fit with a keen eye for detail.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.

What we offer
- £25,500 base salary plus regular overtime.
- Monday‑to‑Friday, 9:00 am–5:30 pm onsite schedule.
