AWS Data Engineer – London (Hybrid)

About the role

Location: London (Hybrid) with occasional client travel. We’re recruiting for a Data Engineer to join a growing consultancy delivering production‑grade data platforms for leading UK organisations. The role is client‑facing, designing and building scalable cloud‑based data solutions using AWS, Databricks and emerging Agentic AI technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and cloud‑based data platforms.
• Develop robust data architectures and support the full software development lifecycle.
• Build tooling for data ingestion, transformation, orchestration and data quality.
• Work directly with clients to understand requirements and deliver high‑quality data solutions.
• Explore and apply emerging technologies, including Agentic AI, to improve data engineering processes.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in Data Engineering.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to communicate with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Passion for emerging technologies, particularly Agentic AI, and a customer‑focused approach.
