Azure DevOps Engineer – Hybrid, £65k + Equity

About the role

We are an AI‑driven SaaS scale‑up seeking a proactive Azure DevOps Engineer to help scale our modern cloud platform used by global customers. This hybrid position combines remote work with one collaborative day per month at our Manchester office.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Azure‑based infrastructure supporting AI‑focused SaaS products.
• Develop and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Shape and improve tooling and CI/CD pipelines to support rapid product innovation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable cloud services.
• Take ownership of end‑to‑end deployment processes and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Solid experience working with Azure infrastructure.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with Terraform.
• Background in SaaS or AI environments is preferred.
• Enjoys fast‑paced start‑up or scale‑up cultures and can manage multiple priorities.
