Azure DevOps Manager

About the role

This 6‑month backfill position leads DevOps delivery for a large‑scale cloud migration programme within a .NET/C# Azure environment. The role is based in Leeds with up to two days per week onsite in London, offering a hybrid working model.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines for backend services.
• Manage Azure DevOps projects and ensure smooth delivery across the migration workstream.
• Provide infrastructure as code using Azure ARM, Bicep or Terraform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.

Required profile

• Strong experience managing Azure DevOps in enterprise .NET/C# environments.
• Proven background delivering CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure in Azure.
• Solid understanding of backend systems in migration or modernisation projects.
• Hands‑on experience with containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud‑native architecture.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership abilities.
