About the role
We are looking for a hands‑on B2B Marketing Manager to own strategy and execution across the full funnel and help build awareness of the emerging AI Search Optimisation (AEO) category.
Key responsibilities
- Category creation & market education: develop content and campaigns that educate the market on AEO, produce state‑of‑AI‑search reports and thought leadership.
- Demand generation: plan and execute multi‑channel campaigns (paid social, email, LinkedIn, SEO/SEM) to drive qualified pipeline.
- Events: own events strategy end‑to‑end, plan roundtables, webinars, community meetups, manage conference presence and speaking opportunities.
- Community building: build and nurture a community of SEO and marketing professionals via newsletters, Slack/LinkedIn groups and regular touchpoints.
- Content & thought leadership: create blogs, case studies, whitepapers, social posts positioning Searchable as authority in AEO.
- Founder‑led marketing: amplify founder content, ghostwrite, devise social strategy and secure speaking slots.
- Customer advocacy: turn early customers into advocates through case studies, testimonials, co‑presented webinars and reference programmes.
- Product marketing: own positioning, messaging and go‑to‑market for new features and product launches.
- Analytics & optimisation: track full‑funnel metrics, run experiments and optimise spend and conversion.
- Sales enablement: build collateral, battlecards and case studies to support deal closing.
Required profile
- 3–7 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, AI or martech.
- Proven track record of generating pipeline and driving revenue growth.
- Experience planning and executing B2B events (hosted, sponsored, conferences).
- Hands‑on experience with marketing automation, CRM and analytics tools.
- Strong written communication to distil complex AI/tech concepts.
- Data‑driven mindset with comfort running experiments and reporting on KPIs.
- Entrepreneurial energy thriving in fast‑paced, early‑stage environments.
