B2B Sales Consultant – £26k base, £55‑65k OTE

About the role

Join an established market‑leader in business technology solutions as a Sales Consultant. You will work with both existing and new B2B customers, receive comprehensive training, and have a realistic opportunity to earn a competitive OTE with uncapped commission.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with existing B2B customers, identifying opportunities for renewals, upgrades and additional services.
• Prospect new business customers and develop fresh sales opportunities.
• Advise clients on business‑critical technology products and solutions.
• Collaborate with the field sales team on larger client opportunities.
• Manage your own sales pipeline and work towards clear targets.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of speaking with customers.
• Motivated by results and the prospect of earning commission.
• Confident, ambitious and takes ownership of performance.
• Team‑oriented and eager to develop sales expertise.
• Open to candidates from B2B sales, inside sales, account management, business development or similar backgrounds.
