B2B Sales Executive – Construction Tech (Hybrid, £70k OTE)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced B2B Sales Executive to grow a technology platform that helps construction firms win new projects and expand their sales pipelines across the UK. Based in Bournemouth, the role is hybrid (three days in the office, two remote) and focuses on consultative, insight‑led selling to senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and close new business with mid‑to‑enterprise construction accounts.
• Lead consultative sales conversations at C‑level, aligning solutions with visibility, compliance and specification outcomes.
• Educate clients on how the platform increases their sales and addresses technical requirements.
• Maintain a robust pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and deal momentum.
• Collaborate internally to deliver tailored demos, messaging and solutions.
• Represent the company at industry events to build credibility and brand presence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B consultative sales with a strong closing record.
• Skilled at engaging senior decision‑makers and influencers.
• Commercially astute with the ability to uncover and articulate value.
• Organised, self‑driven and accountable for results.
• Comfortable managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
• Confidence using CRM systems (Salesforce experience advantageous).
• Interest in the construction sector, specification processes and BIM.
