B2B Telesales Executive – New Business Lead Generation

About the role

Red Rhino Solutions is seeking a motivated B2B Telesales Executive to drive new‑business growth. You will work from a modern office in East Kilbride, contacting warm prospects and generating qualified leads for technology‑based communication and IT solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Contact B2B warm prospects and leads to generate interest and set appointments.
• Maintain and update prospect data using provided client information.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to an uncapped bonus structure.
• Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and improve conversion rates.
• Utilise advanced sales tools and CRM systems to track activity and performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales or telesales, preferably in a technology or IT environment.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Highly motivated, ambitious and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Desire to progress long‑term within a market‑leading company.
