Backdoor/Warehouse Team Member – Gloucester

About the role

This full‑time position is based in our Gloucester store, working behind the scenes in the backdoor/warehouse area. You will help keep the store stocked and support shoppers by ensuring products are received, stored and ready for the shop floor. The role offers flexible hours within set availability windows and guarantees a minimum of 16 hours each week.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in serving shoppers by handling backdoor and warehouse tasks such as receiving and organising stock.
• Work within the advertised availability windows and follow the schedule provided with three weeks’ notice.

Required profile

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Available during the specified weekly time windows (e.g., evenings from 16:30‑22:00).
• Willing to work a minimum of 12‑16 hours per week, with a guaranteed 16 hours.
• Flexible and able to adapt to shift patterns as needed.
