About the role
GLL is seeking enthusiastic Ballet Teachers to deliver free, high‑quality ballet classes for children aged 18 months and older at Talacre Community Sports Centre. You will guide pupils through progressive technique, prepare them for end‑of‑term performances, and help launch a new performing‑arts programme within the community.
Key responsibilities
- Demonstrate and teach the fundamentals of ballet technique.
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans.
- Assess and record each pupil’s development.
- Create choreography for performances and showcases.
Required profile
- Degree in dance or a recognised ballet qualification.
- Experience working with young children (18 months+).
- Passion for ballet and ability to inspire pupils.
- Strong communication skills with children and parents.
