About the role
The Band 5 Community Children’s Staff Nurse role is based in Sunbury‑on‑Thames and provides full‑time, contract‑based community nursing care for children. You will join a team that delivers and transforms children’s community health services across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver community health services to children, assessing needs and providing appropriate care.
- Work collaboratively with families, multidisciplinary teams and health‑care commissioners to improve outcomes.
- Contribute to the transformation of community health services in line with the organisation’s values.
Required profile
- Registered Nurse qualified to Band 5 level.
- Willingness to work in a community setting delivering care to children.
- Commitment to the values of caring, thinking and doing.
