Band 5 Speech & Language Therapist (Fixed‑Term)

About the role

We are seeking a Band 5 Speech & Language Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Redhill on a fixed‑term, full‑time basis. You will work within the NHS‑aligned services delivered by HCRG Care Group, providing assessment and therapy to children and adults.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language and communication assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Deliver direct therapy sessions and group interventions.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, occupational therapists and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to multidisciplinary case reviews.
• Participate in service development and quality improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Qualified Speech & Language Therapist, registered with the HCPC.
• Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality, patient‑centred care.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to a fast‑changing environment.

Required skills

• Speech and language assessment techniques.
• Therapy planning and delivery for a range of communication disorders.
