Band 7 Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist at Band 7 level to join our large MSK team at Chase Farm Hospital. The role offers a supportive supervision programme, access to training and the chance to lead a small team while delivering specialist care to patients across Enfield and South Hertfordshire.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive specialist physiotherapeutic assessments for patients with complex MSK and psychological presentations.
• Provide clinical diagnoses and develop individualised treatment programmes.
• Lead and develop a small team of physiotherapists, supporting their professional growth.
• Contribute to service protocol development and practice improvements under the guidance of the MSK manager.
• Liaise with GPs, consultants and other professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Support undergraduate placement students throughout the year.
• Work at outreach clinics within the service area as required.

Required profile

• Extensive experience managing a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.
• Ability to work autonomously as a senior practitioner.
• Strong communication skills for multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and training.
