About the role

This casual, part‑time position supports a Barchester care home in Horley. As a Bank Admin Assistant you will help create a vibrant, happy environment for residents by providing essential administrative support and front‑of‑house service.

Key responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate staff.
Maintain and organise files, records and documentation.
Welcome visitors, greet residents and escort prospective clients and families on tours.
Provide general support to managers and assist with day‑to‑day administrative tasks.

Required profile

Ability to multi‑task in a busy care‑home setting.
Friendly, people‑focused attitude with genuine interest in residents and their families.
Confident telephone manner and good communication skills.
