About the role
Join Barchester Healthcare as a Bank Care Assistant in a vibrant care home setting. You will support residents daily, ensuring they receive compassionate, high‑quality care while enjoying meaningful interactions.
Key responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care tasks such as feeding, drinking, and hygiene.
- Follow individual care plans and support residents’ daily routines.
- Provide one‑to‑one companionship and engage residents in activities.
- Cover shifts for annual leave, sick leave, or other staffing needs.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
Required profile
- Previous experience caring for older adults.
- Positive, can‑do attitude and strong communication skills.
- Empathetic, warm‑hearted approach with a genuine desire to help.
