About the role
Join Hallmark Luxury Care Homes as a Care Assistant and help residents enjoy a warm, supportive environment. You will provide personal care and assist with everyday activities, ensuring dignity and respect at all times.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver personal care such as dressing, bathing and meal assistance.
- Support residents with daily activities and promote independence.
- Create a welcoming, friendly atmosphere for residents and visitors.
- Maintain clear communication with residents, families and team members.
Required profile
- Compassionate, dedicated and genuinely interested in resident wellbeing.
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Eagerness to develop skills through company‑provided training.
