About the role

Join Sanctuary Care as a Bank Care Assistant at our Pengover site in Liskeard. You will work as part of a supportive team delivering personalised care to residents in a caring, award‑winning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalised care in line with individual care plans.
• Support residents to take part in leisure and social activities.
• Show kindness and respect to residents, families and colleagues every day.
• Work flexibly, covering shifts as and when required.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic and caring attitude towards older people.
• Ability to communicate clearly and adapt to different situations.
• Willingness to work as part of a team to create a happy home.
• No prior experience required – training will be provided.
