Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality personal care and support to residents, assisting with daily living activities.
• Help with medication administration and accurate record‑keeping.
• Encourage participation in hobbies, social activities and outings to enrich residents’ lives.
• Promote dignity, independence and well‑being while building meaningful relationships.
• Work collaboratively with a caring team to deliver person‑centred care.

Required profile

• Kindness, empathy and a genuine desire to help others.
• Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK (no sponsorship offered).
• Availability for day, night and weekend shifts on an as‑needed basis.
• No prior care experience required, but a caring attitude is essential.

Required skills
