About the role
As a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you will help residents enjoy each day by providing high‑quality personal care and companionship. The role is flexible, covering shifts as needed for annual or sick leave, and offers a rewarding environment where no two days are the same.
Key responsibilities
- Assist residents with food, drink and daily living activities.
- Follow individual care plans and ensure residents receive one‑to‑one time.
- Provide emotional support and companionship, creating positive memories.
- Maintain a safe, clean and comfortable environment for all residents.
Required profile
- Previous experience caring for older people.
- Can‑do attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Empathy, warmth and a compassionate approach.
