About the role

Join Sanctuary Care’s award‑winning team at Blackwood House in Camborne as a Bank Care Team Leader. You’ll help create a warm, supportive environment where residents feel at home and staff thrive.

Key responsibilities

• Support the wellbeing of residents and ensure they feel at home.
• Work collaboratively with the team to enrich residents’ lives and support colleagues.
• Deliver personalised care in line with individual care plans.
• Incorporate leisure and social activities into daily routines.
• Guide, mentor and encourage Care Assistants in their development.

Required profile

• Experience in care, preferably with NVQ3/SVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent.
• Clear communication skills and flexibility to work varied shifts.
• Team‑player who values collaboration.
• Kindness and genuine interest in older people.
• Commitment to treating everyone with dignity and respect.
