About the role

We are seeking qualified Early Years Teaching Assistants (Level 2/3) to join our flexible bank staff pool, providing cover across a range of nurseries in Chesham. This temporary position offers varied daily assignments, allowing you to work in different early years settings while maintaining a work‑life balance.

Key responsibilities

Deliver high‑quality care and early education for children aged 0‑5.
Support nursery teams with daily routines, activities and classroom set‑up.
Maintain safeguarding and welfare standards at all times.
Adapt to different nursery environments and schedules as required.

Required profile

Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting.
Flexible and reliable approach with availability between 7:00 am – 6:00 pm (varies by site).
