Bank Housekeeper – Residential & Communal Cleaning

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Bank Housekeeper to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in residents' homes and shared areas within Lime Tree Village. This zero‑hour contract role supports our team by covering sickness and holiday periods, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for older adults.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning in residents' apartments, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
• Launder residents' linens and clothing with careful attention to detail.
• Keep communal spaces such as lounges, dining areas, and hallways tidy and presentable.
• Assist with light maintenance tasks as required.
• Uphold high standards of hygiene throughout the village.

Required profile

• Previous housekeeping experience, preferably in a residential or hospitality setting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently and independently.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, compassionate demeanor.
• Sensitivity to the needs and preferences of older adults.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and relevant training.
