About the role

The Bank Lifestyle and Wellbeing Coordinator will enrich the daily lives of residents at Basingfield Court Residential Care Home. Working on an as‑needed basis, you will create and deliver experiences that reflect each resident’s interests, fostering a vibrant and supportive community.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver meaningful experiences and events that reflect residents' interests, preferences and lifestyles.
• Build relationships with each resident to understand their individual needs and support participation in activities.
• Coordinate one‑to‑one moments and group activities, ensuring they are safe and enriching.
• Collaborate with care staff to integrate wellbeing activities into daily routines.
• Maintain records of events and resident feedback to continuously improve the programme.

Required profile

• Passion for enhancing the quality of life of older adults in a residential care setting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with residents and staff.
• Flexibility to work “as and when required” hours.
