Bank Nurse – Registered Nurse (Full‑time)

About the role

Hallmark Luxury Care Homes are seeking a Bank Nurse to join their dedicated clinical team in Court Colman, Wales. As a Registered Nurse you will provide high‑quality, relationship‑centred care to residents, supporting their wellbeing and dignity in a caring home environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Clinical Care Manager to oversee assessment, planning and evaluation of resident care.
• Lead and support the clinical team, ensuring alignment with Hallmark’s vision and standards.
• Audit care plans regularly to confirm they meet individual resident needs.
• Maintain clear, compassionate communication with residents, families and multidisciplinary team members.

Required profile

• Qualified RN/RGN/RMN with current registration.
• Experience delivering relationship‑centred care in a residential setting.
• Demonstrated knowledge of dementia care and a passion for improving resident outcomes.
• Professional, ethical approach guided by Hallmark’s Charter.

• Excellent communication with residents, families and staff.
