Bank Support Worker

About the role
Join Consensus, a community‑focused care provider, as a Support Worker at our Brightlingsea supported‑living service. You will help individuals with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs live independently in a home‑like environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living tasks, personal care and home maintenance.
- Support participation in community, leisure and social activities.
- Promote communication by adapting to individual communication needs.
- Encourage personal goals and celebrate milestones and special occasions.
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver person‑centred care.
Required profile
- Passionate about empowering people with disabilities.
- Values of respect, dignity and inclusion.
- Experience in social care (e.g., mental health support, care assistant) is welcomed but not mandatory.
- Ability to work flexibly within a full‑time schedule.
