About the role
We are seeking motivated, compassionate and resilient Bank Support Workers to join our Learning Disabilities Social Care Service in Stratford. This zero‑hour contract role offers the chance to make a real difference to individuals with learning disabilities while working within a supportive team.
Key responsibilities
- Observe, monitor and record customers' behaviours, including duration, intensity and triggers.
- Plan and implement appropriate behavioural interventions and support plans.
- Report any concerns of abuse, neglect or endangerment to the relevant authorities.
- Collaborate with parents, care managers and other professionals to review progress.
- Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of services provided and behavioural data.
- Assist newly recruited staff with delivering behavioural interventions.
Required profile
- Compassionate and resilient with a genuine desire to help people.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to handle psychologically challenging situations.
- Willingness to work flexibly on a zero‑hour basis.
