About the role

We are looking for a caring Bank Support Worker to join our residential service in Alton. You will help individuals develop independence and enjoy a richer daily life while working within a supportive, dynamic team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and daily living tasks.
• Teach and reinforce new life‑skills to promote independence.
• Encourage participation in community activities, social outings and leisure pursuits.
• Support clients in accessing local venues such as pubs, cinemas and recreational facilities.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver person‑centred care.
