Bank Support Worker – Part‑time

About the role
Join Agincare as a Bank Support Worker in Bourne, providing person‑centred care for adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs. This part‑time position offers the chance to make a real difference while working within a supportive, community‑focused team.
Key responsibilities
- Encourage service users to engage actively in their local community and promote independence.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, budgeting and routine planning.
- Communicate using each person’s preferred methods and support positive behavioural approaches when needed.
- Maintain accurate records and promptly report any changes in health or circumstances.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues while also taking initiative when required.
Required profile
- Minimum of 12 months remaining right to work in the UK.
- Enthusiastic, compassionate and proactive attitude towards supporting individuals.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusting relationships.
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
