Banking & Finance Solicitor – £85,000+ (DOE)

About the role

This role offers the chance to work on high‑quality, complex finance transactions for a diverse client base, including banks, corporate borrowers and public sector organisations. You will join a supportive, collaborative team in Bristol and develop your career within a leading Banking & Finance practice.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on corporate lending, acquisition finance, real estate finance, project and infrastructure finance, fund finance, asset‑based lending and derivatives.
• Draft and negotiate financing agreements and related documentation.
• Collaborate with senior lawyers and external law firms on cross‑border matters.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships across the banking and finance sector.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in Banking & Finance law.
• Experience gained in private practice or an in‑house legal team.
• Strong technical understanding of finance law and a commercial approach to client service.
