Banking Solicitor – Manchester

About the role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Banking Solicitor to join a leading UK 200 commercial law firm in Manchester. You will work across multiple practice areas, providing high‑quality legal advice on banking and finance transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and review banking documentation, including bespoke facility agreements and LMA documents.
• Support complex commercial transactions and collaborate with colleagues across the firm.
• Provide pragmatic, commercially‑focused advice to a diverse client base.
• Maintain high standards of client service while managing competing priorities.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with at least 2 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in banking and finance.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Commercially minded and proactive in delivering solutions.

Required skills

• Experience drafting and reviewing bespoke facility agreements.
• Familiarity with Loan Market Association (LMA) documentation.
