Bankruptcy Administrator – Manchester

About the role

We are partnering with a respected insolvency practice in Manchester to recruit a Bankruptcy Administrator. This role offers the chance to manage a full caseload of personal bankruptcy files, ensuring compliance and delivering high‑quality service to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your own portfolio of bankruptcy cases from initiation through to final resolution.
• Liaise with creditors, debtors, and other stakeholders to gather information and facilitate case progress.
• Prepare statutory documentation, reports and required filings in line with regulatory deadlines.
• Monitor case timelines to ensure efficient progression and adherence to legal requirements.
• Provide support to the wider insolvency team as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience working within personal insolvency or bankruptcy administration.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a busy team.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
