About the role

As a member of the Bar & Waiting Staff team you will create memorable moments for customers, whether you are pouring a pint or recommending the perfect drink after a long day. You will work in a fun, inclusive environment where you can develop your hospitality skills and grow within the company.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience on every visit.
• Offer drink recommendations and act as the insider behind the bar.
• Prepare and present drinks to specification and customer expectations.
• Greet guests, serve food and look after customers while they dine.
• Maintain a safe, legal and clean bar environment, addressing any issues promptly.

Required profile

• Willingness to learn and expand your skills.
• Great eye for detail to ensure every pint is poured perfectly.
• Passion for delivering excellent service and a warm welcome.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and strong team‑player spirit.
