Key responsibilities

• Deliver a heartfelt and memorable experience to every customer.
• Recommend drinks and provide expert bar service.
• Prepare and present drinks to specification.
• Greet guests, serve food and look after diners throughout their visit.
• Maintain a safe, legal and clean bar environment and address any issues promptly.
