About the role

As a member of the Bar & Waiting Staff team at Greene King in Harlow, you will help create memorable moments for guests, whether you’re pouring a pint, recommending a drink, or serving food in a lively pub environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, friendly experience to every customer.
• Recommend drinks and provide knowledgeable service.
• Prepare and present beverages to specification.
• Serve food and attend to guests throughout their visit.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and legally compliant bar area.
• Address any issues promptly and professionally.

Required profile

• Enthusiasm to learn and develop hospitality skills.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring each pint is poured correctly.
• Ability to work well within a team and interact positively with guests.
