About the role

As a member of the Bar & Waiting Staff team, you will help create memorable experiences for guests at Pub & Grill, whether you are serving drinks, recommending beverages, or ensuring a smooth dining service. You will work in a lively, inclusive environment where you can develop your hospitality skills.

Key responsibilities

• Serve drinks and food to customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Provide recommendations and answer queries about the menu and beverage selection.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and legally compliant bar area.
• Assist with greeting guests, taking orders, and delivering meals.
• Handle any issues promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Enthusiasm to learn and grow within the hospitality sector.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when preparing and pouring drinks.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
