Key responsibilities

• Deliver a heartfelt and consistent customer experience on every visit.
• Act as the bar insider, offering drink recommendations and preparing beverages to specification.
• Serve food, greet guests, and look after customers throughout their dining experience.
• Maintain a safe, legal, and clean bar environment, addressing any issues promptly.

• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring each pint is poured perfectly.
• Passion for delivering excellent service and a warm welcome.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and a genuine team player.
