About the role
As a member of the Bar & Waiting Staff at Greene King’s Hungry Horse in Colchester, you will help create memorable moments for guests, whether you are pouring a pint or recommending a drink after a long day. You will join a fun, inclusive team where you can develop your hospitality skills.
Key responsibilities
- Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each visit.
- Offer drink recommendations and serve beverages to specification.
- Prepare and present drinks, ensuring each pint is poured to perfection.
- Greet guests, serve food, and look after customers while they dine.
- Maintain a safe, legal, and clean bar environment and address any issues promptly.
