About the role
We are seeking a skilled Barbering Lecturer to deliver Level 2 & 3 Barbering courses. This part‑time role allows you to share your expertise and help shape the next generation of barbers.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and informative lessons on Level 2 & 3 Barbering courses.
- Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials that meet curriculum standards.
- Assess and evaluate students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain a positive and conducive learning environment.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in barbering to enhance teaching practices.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to improve course content and delivery.
Required profile
- Must hold a Level 3 qualification in Barbering, including Level 3 Wet Shave.
- A teaching qualification is ideal but not mandatory.
- Previous teaching experience is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire students.
- Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
