About the role

As a Barista at Costa Coffee in Banbury you will craft great coffee and create memorable experiences for customers. You’ll work flexible shifts that suit both your needs and the store’s schedule, delivering a warm and energising service every day.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage drinks to high standards.
• Provide friendly, efficient customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Keep the store clean, organised and well‑stocked throughout the shift.
• Follow health, safety and food hygiene procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
