About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly individuals to join our Costa Coffee team in Reading. As a Barista you will create uplifting coffee moments for customers, using sustainably sourced beans and expertly crafted milk‑based drinks.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages to Costa standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service area.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Ensure stock levels are monitored and replenished as needed.
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service and promote a positive brand experience.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic and customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a smile.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
