About the role
Join Sim Trava’s Costa Coffee team in Sutton‑in‑Ashfield, delivering great coffee quickly while building relationships with customers in a lively, fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee rapidly while engaging customers by name.
- Maintain health, safety and cleanliness standards throughout the store.
Required profile
- Positive outlook, can‑do attitude and a strong, friendly personality.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask and communicate effectively with customers.
Required skills
- Passion for coffee and people.
- Strong customer service skills.

- Starting pay £12.71 per hour, rising to £13.43 after training.
