Barista – Flexible Shifts (Full/Part Time)

About the role
Join Costa Coffee in Llandeilo as a Barista, delivering great coffee and memorable experiences to our customers. You'll work flexible shifts, either full‑time or part‑time, in a supportive team environment. The role offers the chance to develop your coffee‑making skills while contributing to a vibrant community hub.
Key responsibilities
- Serve high‑quality coffee and create an energising customer experience.
- Master the menu, maintain product standards and ensure consistency.
- Keep the store clean, welcoming and running smoothly throughout your shift.
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve the best possible store performance.
Required profile
- Resourceful, adaptable with a positive, can‑do attitude.
- Accountable and proud of delivering quality work.
- Calm, composed with strong communication skills.
- Genuine people focus and enthusiasm for teamwork.
