About the role
Costa Coffee is looking for enthusiastic baristas to join the Chippenham store. You will be part of a team that creates great coffee and memorable customer experiences while enjoying flexible shift patterns that suit both you and the store.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee and other menu items to high standards.
- Deliver an energising and friendly customer experience.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming and well‑organized store environment.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth daily operations.

- Resourceful, adaptable and positive with a can‑do attitude.
- Accountable and proud of delivering quality work.
