About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Barista to join our Costa Coffee store in Potters Bar. You will be responsible for preparing high‑quality coffee and creating a welcoming experience for every customer, working flexible shifts that suit both you and the store.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee and other menu items to Costa’s standards.
- Deliver an energising and friendly customer experience.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe store environment.
- Master the menu and uphold quality and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
